The present invention relates to a temporary power supply system for an apartment building having a flooded transformer room. The system comprises: a plurality of power supply lines installed up to the top floor of an apartment building via indoor stairs; a plurality of power sockets placed in each of the floors to supply electricity to households; a plurality of output terminals having an end electrically connected to the power sockets, and having the other end electrically connected to distribution boards of the households; a temporary panel board distributing power, supplied through a temporary transformer, to the power supply lines; and the temporary transformer reducing a high voltage to a suitable voltage for family use and supplying the reduced voltage to the temporary panel board.
