PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to efficient business, saving of labor, and improvement of safety of user by constituting a remote monitoring system utilizing a service business organization providing one stop operation service, communication infrastructure (network, Internet), and a terminal unit (gateway, monitoring terminal unit).;SOLUTION: Abnormal electric power and electric power amount are monitored at construction work site having temporary power supply facility 1, and the results of monitoring are sent to a management server device 12B. The management server device 12B calculates an electric charges based on electric power amount and demands payment of a construction company. If there is an abnormality in the results of monitoring, it informs the service business organization 14 of the abnormality so that an employee of the service business organization performs restoration and investigation as required.
