The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a soybean paste, which uses propolis to prevent spoilage without the use of chemical preservatives and enables the soybean paste to have a better taste. Provided is the method for manufacturing the soybean paste through which the propolis is fermented during a process for manufacturing the soybean paste of the present invention, so that antioxidant materials and immune-reinforcing materials to be contained in the soybean paste are enhanced.
