The present invention provides a protective film for an electrochemical device which suppresses dendrite growth of lithium and improves deterioration of an electrode due to oxygen and moisture to improve performance and reliability of an electrochemical device while providing excellent ion conductivity. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the protective film for an electrochemical device comprises: a substrate; a metal protective film in contact with one surface of the substrate; and an electrolyte layer located in at least one of an inner part and a surface of the substrate and the metal protective film.
