The present invention relates to a hand-disinfectant composition containing a coffee silver skin extract as an effective component and a method for manufacturing the same. The coffee silver skin extract is an extract using a natural ingredient, is harmless to the human body, has excellent antioxidant efficacy to prevent skin aging, and can be utilized as an effective component of a hand-disinfectant composition by having antimicrobial activity.
