The present invention relates to a heat protection sheet for electronic equipment having self-heating in a high temperature environment in which transient heat transfer occurs, and a protection method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a double structure heat protection sheet which blocks heat introduction from the outside which is the high temperature environment in which the transient heat transfer occurs and can control the heat during a required time through heat absorption of internal heating, and a protection method thereof. The double structure heat protection sheet comprises: an adiabatic layer (200) for blocking introduction of the external heat; and a heat absorption layer (300) located inside the adiabatic layer, and including a phase change material due to the heat generated in a heating body.
