摘要

The present invention relates to a molybdenum oxide thin film having a molybdenum oxide nanoparticle with a hydrophobic surface, and a solar cell having the same. According to the molybdenum oxide thin film of the present invention, the surface of the molybdenum oxide nanoparticle is modified to be hydrophobic so as to prevent an interfacial defect with the surface of a photoactive layer. Therefore, the adhesion can be improved, the efficiency of the solar cell using the molybdenum oxide thin film as a hole transfer layer can be improved, and a problem that the photoactive layer is corroded by the existing PEDOT:PSS can be solved.
