The present invention relates to a voltage scaler configured to be quickly controlled to a designated target output voltage with a wide voltage range, as the voltage scaler with a power control function configured in an IC of an on-chip type embedded in a semiconductor chip to supply necessary power to the semiconductor chip. The present invention relates to the voltage scaler which is embedded in the semiconductor chip with the on-chip type and is configured to control a target output voltage to a sophisticated voltage level by including a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) structure. The present invention relates to the voltage scaler with a power control function configured in the IC of the on-chip type embedded in the semiconductor chip by being structured based on a capacitor without requiring an inductor. Accordingly, the present invention can finely control a voltage with the unit voltage resolution of the DAC.
