The present invention relates to (a) a process for preparing a boiled marine oil by boiling and drying a water-containing marine oil; (b) adding water to the boiled farinaceutic oil prepared in step (a) and concentrating the hot-water extracted botanical extract to prepare a fermented soybean oil concentrate; And (c) mixing the prepared acidic milky oil concentrate with water, sugar, citric acid, sodium citrate, maltodextrin, pectin, vitamin C and fragrance to the prepared acidic milk concentrate. To a process for producing a fermented sour milk beverage and a fermented sour milk beverage in which the antioxidative activity produced by the above method is enhanced.
