The present invention relates to an apparatus for adjusting the level of make-up water for a boiler. The objective of the present invention is to prevent a bladder apparatus used for a gas boiler and an oil boiler from being expanded or contracted in accordance with a temperature change of the make-up water. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a bladder main body unit adjusting the level of a make-up water tank; and a shape deformation preventing unit installed in the bladder main body unit and allowing air inside the bladder main body unit to be discharged to the outside or external air to flow into the bladder main body unit so as to prevent phase deformation of the bladder main body unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
