The present invention relates to an extraction water temperature holding apparatus equipped with an espresso machine group head preheating apparatus, and more particularly, to an apparatus and method for maintaining an extracted water temperature holding apparatus in an espresso machine by preheating a group head using a plate- (Extracted water) supplied to a coffee basket coupled to a porter filter so that there is no abrupt temperature change of the extracted water. The present invention relates to an extracted water temperature holding device provided with an espresso machine group head preheating device.
