To provide a nucleic acid reaction tool and kit and a method for detecting nucleic acid which can accurately detect or quantitatively determine target nucleic acid.SOLUTION: A nucleic acid reaction tool according to an embodiment comprises a substrate, a coating body and primer sets. The coating body has a groove part formed on at least one surface, one surface of a groove part side contacts one surface of the substrate, and a reaction space surrounded by one surface of the substrate and the groove part is formed. Further, the groove part of the coating body has rising surfaces opposing to each other on an inner face of the reaction space, a rear surface connecting one ends of the rising surfaces, corner parts in which the rising surfaces and the rear surface in the reaction space cross; and primer fixing regions which exist in the corner parts. The primer sets are fixed to the primer fixing regions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
