PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction business mediation system that gives a new profit gaining opportunity to a creator of a construction confirmation application structure design book and a construction material manufacturer by a business mediation therebetween.;SOLUTION: A user device includes means for creating confirmation information to confirm a use amount of construction materials identified by identification information in a structure design book on the basis of the structure design book in which construction material identification information is described in association with a construction material identified by the construction material identification information, and for notifying a mediator device of the confirmation information. The mediator device includes: means for specifying the use amount of construction materials identified by the identification information on the basis of the confirmation information; and means for notifying a manufacturer device of the use amount of construction materials identified by the identification information. The manufacturer device includes means for calculating an amount of money to be paid to a mediator on the basis of the use amount of construction materials and a rate, and for executing payment processing.
