To provide a helmet possible to perform quick and easy adjustment of a belt to suit a helmet user.SOLUTION: A helmet 1 is used in a wearing state worn on a head. The helmet 1 includes a wearing state maintaining unit 3 for maintaining a wearing state. The wearing state maintaining unit 3 has a flexible first belt 4, and a buckle 5 for adjusting a length of the first belt 4 with respect to the head in a state in which the first belt 4 is inserted, and for fastening the first belt 4 at the adjusted position. The first belt 4 further has a finger hooking portion 46 on which a finger FG is hooked when the adjustment of length is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
