To provide a technique by which robot teaching can be simplified while improving a rate of detecting features of a work-piece.SOLUTION: A robot system 1 comprises a target position calculating part 42 that calculates a target position of a robot on the basis of a calculated position of a first feature and a stored first positional relation when the first feature can be detected from an image, and calculates the target position of the robot on the basis of a calculated position of a second feature and the stored first positional relation when the first feature cannot be detected from the image but a second feature can be detected from the image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
