To provide a thermochromic film having excellent wet heat durability, a thermochromic film-glass composite by laminating the same, and a manufacturing method of the thermochromic film.SOLUTION: The thermochromic film is a thermochromic film having an optical function layer containing vanadium dioxide particles showing thermochromic property, the optical function layer contains a water-soluble resin (P) and a hydrophobic resin (P), and a value of mass ratio thereof (P/P) is in a range of 0.3 to 10.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
