PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control pulse modulated power of microwave having a bandwidth.;SOLUTION: The device includes a microwave generating part generation a microwave having a bandwidth, an output part, a directional coupler and a measurement part. The microwave generating part generates a microwave having power subjected to pulse modulation so as to become High level and Low level. The measurement part determines a first High measurement value and a first Low measurement value indicating the High level and Low level of the power of a progressive wave, respectively, at the output part on the basis of a part of the progressive wave outputted from the directional coupler. The microwave generating part controls the High level power of microwave subjected to pulse modulation on the basis of an averaged first High measurement value and a set power of High level, and controls the Low level power of microwave subjected to pulse modulation on the basis of an averaged first Low measurement value and a set power of Low level.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
