PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a powder bed melting and binding apparatus comprising a conveyance member which can prevent large load from being partially applied to a lower layer when conveying a powder material even when a powder material is heavy.SOLUTION: A powder bed melting and binding apparatus has: a powder material housing container housing a powder material; a thin layer forming container which is placed in parallel with the powder material housing container and forms a thin layer of the powder material; and a conveyance member 104 which moves on a top face of the powder material housing container and the thin layer forming container to carry the powder material, in which the conveyance member 104 has a plurality of horizontally-long blades 52a to 52e, and each blade 52a to 52e is arrayed opposing to each other in a moving direction and with a gap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
