PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement method of a work floor in a vertical shaft or an inclined shaft excellent in workability, and a lining construction method of the vertical shaft or the inclined shaft.SOLUTION: A backfilling material 27 is filled inside a vertical shaft 17. The backfilling material 27 is filled up to the vicinity of a ground 1 in the vertical shaft 17. An upper surface of the backfilling material 27 functions as a work floor 25. A part above the backfilling material 27 is excavated, and the excavated backfilling material 27 is inputted from the upper end of a pipe 19. The backfilling material 27 inputted to the pipe 19 is sent out to a lower space 3 via the pipe 19. Thus, the backfilling material 27 is excavated above and is sent out downward via the pipe 19, so that an upper surface position of the backfilling material 27 is moved downward by quantity of the excavated backfilling material 27.
