Novelty: a delicacy made of mizithra or other type of cheese is disclosed. Components: mizithra cheese of from 25 to 65%, brined or other albuminic cheese of from 9 to 11% starch of from 7 to 10%, whey of from 20 to 35%, pasteurized milk of from 5 to 7% and cream of from 1 to 3%.(proportions by weight of the final product) Production stages: 1) mixing of all components and grinding thereof into a metal boiler; 2) thermal treatment at 75deg.Celcius for 30 minutes into a stainless double-bottom boiler; 3) taking of the final product via a vacuum pump and packaging into aseptic package; 4) refrigeration into water bath for 12 hours and preservation under cooling conditions.
