According to the invention, the product comprises 89% wheat flour 550, 6% grape skin flour and 5% grape seed flour from the variety named Merlot, having 11.21% proteins, 2.53% lipids, 5.46% fibres, 0.96% ash and 72.31% carbohydrates with an energy value of 365.88 kcal/100 g.
