Described are various embodiments of systems, methods, and devices foragriculturalproduct selection and aggregation for selecting and aggregating agriculturalproductproduced from geographically disparate agricultural product lots, the systemcomprising:a user input interface operable to receive as input, for a given agriculturalproduct lotlocation, a product quality value associated with a designated product qualitycriteria foreach given agricultural product originating from said given product lotlocation; a digitaldata storage device storing a digital identifier for each said given productlot location andassociating therewith a product identifier corresponding to each said givenagriculturalproduct originating from said given product lot location, and said productquality valueassociated therewith a product aggregation engine operable to process saidconsumerquery to access said digital data storage device to identify a minimum numberof saidgiven product lots producing said consumer agricultural product that meetssaidconsumer-defined product quality value.
