Provided are a heterojunction solar cell preparation method and a heterojunction solar cell. The method comprises: providing a substrate (201); respectively depositing an intrinsic layer (202) on the two sides of the substrate; respectively depositing an n-type doping layer (203) and a p-type doping layer (204) on the intrinsic layers on the two sides of the substrate, the number of the n-type doping layers and/or the p-type doping layers being at least two, and the doping concentration of each of the n-type doping layers and/or the p-type doping layers being progressively increases in a longitudinal direction distant from the substrate; and sequentially forming a transparent conductive layer (205) and an electrode layer (206) on the n-type doping layer and the p-type doping layer respectively. Accordingly, the conversion efficiency and the production efficiency of cells are improved.
