Disclosed are a boroaluminosilicate mineral material, a low temperature co-fired ceramic composite, a low temperature co-fired ceramic, and a composite substrate which are manufactured based on the material, and a preparation method therefor. The boroaluminosilicate mineral material used for the low temperature co-fired ceramic comprises the following components, expressed in mass percentage content on an oxide basis: 0.41% to 1.15% of Na2O, 14.15% to 23.67% of K2O, 1.17% to 4.10% of CaO, 0 to 2.56% of Al2O3, 13.19% to 20.00% of B2O3 and 53.47% to 67.17% of SiO2. The boroaluminosilicate mineral material has stable chemical properties. The low temperature co-fired ceramic made therefrom not only has excellent dielectrical properties, but also has a low sintering temperature, low thermal expansion coefficient, good mechanical properties and LTCC process matchability, and is used in the field of LTCC encapsulation substrates.
