The present invention is a boroaluminosilicate mineral material, a low-temperature co-fired ceramic composite material based on the material, a low-temperature co-fired ceramic, a composite substrate, and a method for producing the same. The boroaluminosilicate mineral material is a boroaluminosilicate mineral material for low temperature co-fired ceramics, and contains the following composition components in the following oxide-based mass percentage content indication. 0.41% to 1.15% Na 2 O, 14.15% to 23.67% K 2 O, 1.17% to 4.10% Ca O, 0 to 2.56% Al 2 O 3 , 13.19% to 20.00% B 2 O 3 , and 53.47% to 67.17% SiO 2 . Boroaluminosilicate mineral materials have stable chemical properties. The co-fired ceramics produced thereby not only have excellent dielectric properties, but also have low sintering temperature, low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent mechanical properties and good LTCC process suitability, which makes them suitable for LTCC package substrates.
