A filling bag with heat preservation and anti-collision performance and a manufacturing method therefor. The filling bag comprises a sealed bag body (1) and a filling tube head (2); the filling tube head (2) is provided at the top of the sealed bag body (1); the sealed bag body (1) comprises a base material layer (5) and at least one thin film layer (6); at least one side surface of the base material layer (5) is provided with a net-shaped rubber layer (7); the thin film layer (6) and the base material layer (5) are combined together by means of the net-shaped rubber layer (7); a plurality of bubble chambers (8) is formed among the base material layer (5), the net-shaped rubber layer (7), and the thin film layer (6); the bubble chambers are filled with gas; the side surface of the sealed bag body (1) is combined with one thin film layer (6) by means of the net-shaped rubber layer (7), thereby forming a layer of dense bubble chambers (8); the bubble chambers (8) are filled with gas so that a gas heat preservation interlayer (10) is formed on the side surface of the sealed bag body (1), and therefore, a good heat preservation effect is achieved; the gas heat preservation interlayer also has good shock absorption and anti-collision performance; moreover, the gas heat preservation interlayer is made by combining the net-shaped rubber layer (7) and the thin film layer (6), and thus has high flatness.
