Disclosed in the present application are a home appliance after-sales consulting method, comprising the following steps: obtaining input information of a user; converting the input information of the user into input parameters for after-sales consultation, and enabling a preset search engine so as to match search results corresponding to the input parameters from a preset home appliance after-sales knowledge base; and generating after-sales consultation answer data according to the search results, and sending the answer data to a client at a user side. Also disclosed in the present application are an electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium. With the method according to the present application, input information is obtained, and according to input parameters for converting the input information into after-sales consultation, a search engine is started to match search results which correspond to the input parameters and which are from a preset home appliance after-sales knowledge base; and after-sales consultation answer data is generated according to the search results, so that the after-sales consultation may be completed without human labor, thus the degree of intelligence for after-sales consultation is increased, and the efficiency and accuracy of the after-sales consultation are increased by means of the automatic matching mode.
