Provided is a transdermal short peptide having nuclear positioning capability, the amino acid sequence thereof being as represented by SEQ ID No. 1; also provided is a fusion protein having nuclear positioning capability, comprising a macromolecular protein, one end of the macromolecular protein being connected to the transdermal short peptide. Also disclosed are applications of the short peptide in preparing a medicament or a transdermal preparation for treating skin diseases. Further provided in the present invention is the medicament for treating skin diseases, comprising the transdermal short peptide and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
