'Hoop' by Harry HiPantz. The invention is basically a shorter version of the conventional belt. Unlike conventional belts (which wrap around the entire waist) the 'Hoop' only goes through the front two belt loops of jeans or pants and is drawn tight and secured to keep the jeans tight, which gives greater comfort to the wearer. In this application 'The 'Hoop' is fastened with a basic post and hole in the strap type, this is a variable as the application is for the shorter strap and it's unique positioning when worn.
