The present invention relates to a low-temperature fired, lead-free glass frit, a paste, and a vacuum glass assembly using same. The glass frit according to the present invention has a novel component system comprising P2O5, V2O5, TeO2, CuO, ZnO, and BaO at a characteristic composition ratio of the present invention, and thus can replace a conventional lead-based glass composition and can be low-temperature fired, and the glass frit has a thermal expansion coefficient matching to a glass base material while containing no inorganic filler or a minimized content of inorganic filler, thereby causing no peeling or destruction and showing an excellent durability effect.
