The present invention relates to a low-temperature fired lead-free glass frit, a paste, and a vacuum glass assembly using same. The glass frit according to the present invention has a novel component system comprising: at least one species from among V2O5, TeO2, CuO, BaO, Ag2O, and Bi2O3; and at least one species from among ZnO, SnO, and MoO3 at a characteristic composition ratio of the present invention, whereby the glass frit can replace a conventional lead-based glass composition and can be fired at a low temperature of 350℃ or lower; and has excellent chemical durability.
