The present invention relates to a low-temperature fired lead-free glass frit, a paste, and a vacuum glass assembly using same. The glass frit according to the present invention has a novel component system comprising: at least one species from among V₂O₅, TeO₂, CuO, BaO, Ag₂O, and Bi₂O₃; and at least one species from among ZnO, SnO, and MoO₃ at a characteristic composition ratio of the present invention, whereby the glass frit can replace a conventional lead-based glass composition and can be fired at a low temperature of 350℃ or lower; and has excellent chemical durability.
