The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer which comprises a mesenchymal stem cell which expresses TRAIL and CD as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer which comprises a mesenchymal stem cell which expresses TRAIL and CD as an active ingredient prevents formation and metastasis of cancer cells by inducing apoptosis of the cancer cells. Additionally, the mesenchymal stem cell is an immortalized mesenchymal stem cell, has high cell proliferation and can adjust expression of TRAIL protein and CD protein in a cell depending on processing doxycycline. As a result, abnormal differentiation possibility by continuous expression of an introduced gene is low, and a surviving stem cell can be removed by apoptosis which is induced by a 5-FC process, and thus stability is high. Moreover, an anticancer effect of a cell line for expressing TRAIL and CD at the same time is excellent, and thus a pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can be useful for preventing and treating cancer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
