Manufacturing method of inorganic adsorbent for phosphorus removal using acid mine drainage sludge

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an inorganic adsorbent for phosphorus removal which is excellent in removal efficiency of phosphorus using an acid mine drainage sludge discharged from an acid mine drainage. The present invention comprises steps of: receiving a basic acid mine sludge precipitated by treating the acid mine drainage by using Ca(OH)_2; adding water to the acid mine drainage sludge and stirring the same to disperse the acid mine drainage sludge in water; adding a liquid inorganic coagulant to a basic acid mine sludge dispersion and mixing the same evenly; dehydrating water in a mixed solution of the acid mine drainage sludge and the liquid inorganic coagulant; and extrusion-molding the mixed solution of the acid mine drainage sludge and the liquid inorganic coagulant, and drying the same to form an inorganic adsorbent.
