The present invention relates to a dough composition containing Broussonetia kazinoki leaves and noodles, chopped noodles, or wheat flakes noodles manufactured from the same. The dough composition for noodles, chopped noodles, or wheat flakes noodles of the present invention is manufactured by comprising steps of: putting 2 to 10 parts by weight of a Broussonetia kazinoki powder and 0.5 parts by weight of a table salt into a dough brake with respect to 100 parts by weight of flour; kneading the same by mixing with water to make dough; and ripening the Broussonetia kazinoki dough at a low temperature for 5 minutes to 1 hour, wherein the Broussonetia kazinoki powder is manufactured by steaming Broussonetia kazinoki leaves for 5 to 10 minutes at a pressure cooker, quenching Broussonetia kazinoki leaves, natural drying the same, and then pulverizing the same.
