The present invention relates to a crystalline alumina-epoxy nanocomposite insulation material and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention includes: a step of manufacturing a dispersing solution including crystalline alumina nanoparticles; a step of manufacturing a crystalline alumina nanoparticle-epoxy insulation material and a crystalline alumina microparticle-epoxy insulation material by mixing the dispersing solution with an epoxy composition; and a step of manufacturing a crystalline alumina-epoxy nanocomposite insulation material including micro/nanoparticles by mixing the crystalline alumina nanoparticle-epoxy insulation material and the crystalline alumina microparticle-epoxy insulation material. Thus, since a crystalline alumina-epoxy nanocomposite insulation material is manufactured by dispersing and mixing crystalline alumina nanoparticles and crystalline alumina microparticles with epoxy resin, the crystalline alumina-epoxy nanocomposite insulation material can have better thermal conductivity and mechanical strength than an existing nanocomposite insulation material containing amorphous alumina particles while maintaining its insulation property with higher crystallinity than amorphous alumina particles.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
