ORGANIC NANOPARTICLES WITH CONTROLLABLE THERMAL AND OPTICAL PROPERTIES AS WELL AS SOLVENT RESISTANCE, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND NANOCOMPOSITE INSULATION MATERIALS COMPRISING SAME
The present invention relates to organic nanoparticles with controllable thermal and optical properties as well as solvent resistance, a manufacturing method thereof, and nanocomposite insulation materials comprising the same, the method comprising: preparing an organic monomer, a cross-linkable organic monomer, an initiator and a reaction solvent; and forming an organic nanoparticle by mixing the organic monomer, the cross-linkable organic monomer, the initiator and the reaction solvent. A technical purpose of the present invention is that the cross-linkable organic monomer plays a role as a cross-linker to form the organic nanoparticles through free radical thermal polymerization in the step of forming the organic nanoparticles. Accordingly, it is possible to obtain the organic nanoparticles and nanocomposite insulation materials capable of maintaining a spherical shape without being dissolved even in organic solvents or organic resins and controlling thermal and optical properties as well as solvent resistance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
