Whitening emulsion cosmetic composition containing Theobroma Cacao Cocoa Seed Butter and method for manufacturing the same

The present invention relates to a whitening emulsion cosmetic composition comprising theobroma cacao (cocoa) seed butter, and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a whitening emulsion cosmetic composition comprising 0.5 to 20 wt% of theobroma cacao (cocoa) seed butter; 0.1 to 20 wt% of a hydrothermal extract of Hippophae rhamnoides fruits; and 0.1 to 20 wt% of a block copolymer represented by formula (1); and a manufacturing method thereof. The composition comprising theobroma cacao (cocoa) seed butter and a Hippophae rhamnoides fruit extract of the present invention includes stable nanoparticles of 50 nm to 100 nm and is excellent in skin absorption and storage stability, and thus can be effectively used as an emulsion cosmetic composition for skin whitening.
