The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing improved wild grape wine with the addition of aronia and improved wild grape wine manufactured by the method. The manufacturing method can reduce negative components which reduce the flavor or polyphenol content of the improved wild grape wine while enhancing sour taste of the improved wile grape wine, and also enhance the palatability such as color, taste, and aroma of the improved wild grape wine.
