The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting angiogenesis, which contains a bioconverted Orostachys japonica extract as an active component. The composition according to the present invention inhibits the migration and adherence of vascular endothelial cells and has an excellent activity of inhibiting vasculogenesis, thereby having an effect of being usefully used as a therapeutic agent for various diseases including cancer whose angiogenesis is abnormally regulated. In particular, a compound having an inhibitory activity against angiogenesis has a serious side effect. However, the composition for inhibiting angiogenesis according to the present invention uses a natural substance extracted from plant, thereby having no side effects and having excellent medicinal effects. Therefore, it is expected to be used as an excellent angiogenesis inhibitor.
