According to the present invention, a method for producing mulberry buckwheat noodles can be provided, which comprises the steps of: preparing a dough material comprising Korean wheat flour, buckwheat flour, mulberry powder, garlic powder, and sa mixing and kneading dough in the dough material; and extruding the kneaded dough to produce noodles.
