The present invention relates to a method for making a red snow crab soy sauce and a red snow crab soy sauce made thereby. According to the present invention, the method for making a red snow crab soy sauce comprises the steps of: preparing a red snow crab extract and a dried radish slice extract; mixing the red snow crab extract and the dried radish slice extract with soybeans, and then soaking the soybeans in water; heating the mixture of the red snow crab extract, the dried radish slice extract, and the soybeans, and then cooling the mixture; mixing the cooled soybeans with koji mold; forming the soybeans mixed with the koji mold into a soybean lump, and then tying up the same with rice straws; drying the formed soybean lump; fermenting the dried soybean lump; and mixing the fermented soybean lump with the red snow crab extract, the dried radish slice extract, salt, and water (boiling water). Accordingly, the red snow crab soy sauce of the present invention is prepared using the red snow crab extract and the dried radish slice extract, to meet the needs of consumers required of existing soy sauces, enable the consumers to conveniently ingest the nutritional ingredients of red snow crab, and satisfy a new consumer′s taste in line with the recent trend of well-being.
