The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a titanium alloy with improved mechanical properties and appearance by an anodizing treatment which can secure excellent mechanical properties and appearance by firstly performing an electromagnetic polishing pre-treatment and secondly performing an anodizing treatment. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of a titanium alloy with improved mechanical properties and appearance by an anodizing treatment comprises: (a) a step of die-casting and forming a base metal comprising 6-9 wt% of carbon (C), 2-5 wt% of aluminum (Al), 0.01-3 wt% of silicon (Si), 2-5 wt% of sodium (Na), 40-60 wt% of oxygen (O), 0.1-3 wt% of vanadium (V), and the remainder consisting of titanium (Ti); (b) a step of pre-treating the formed base metal by electromagnetic polishing; and (c) a step of immersing the pre-treated base metal while arranging the base metal on an anode, and then performing an anodizing surface modification treatment at a current density of 1-3 A/dm^2 to form an anodizing layer coated to cover the outer surface of the base metal.
