The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing sweet persimmon porridge and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing sweet persimmon porridge, which can improve functionality and taste by using burdock when manufacturing porridge with sweet persimmon. The method for manufacturing sweet persimmon porridge comprises: a first step of selecting sweet persimmons and washing the same; a second step of mixing the washed sweet persimmons with distilled water and then heating the same in order to manufacture sweet persimmon heated water; a third step of mixing roasted burdock with the distilled water and heating the same in order to manufacture a burdock extract; a fourth step of heating at least one of beans and red beans for boiling the same; a fifth step of mixing the sweet persimmon heated water, the burdock extract, and glutinous rice flour in order to manufacture a mixture and then heating the mixture; a sixth step of injecting nonglutinous rice powder into the heated mixture, and heating the same; and a seventh step of injecting at least one of the boiled beans and red beans into the mixture where the nonglutinous rice powder is injected and heated and then heating the mixture.
