A safety helmet comprising a storage type protective glasses according to the present invention comprises: a helmet body formed to surround a head of a user; a fixed frame provided in a fixed state on an inner front of the helmet body; and a protective glasses provided to be movable up and down with respect to the fixed frame and being drawn to the lower part of the helmet body to include a face of the user when moving downward and incoming into the inside of the helmet body when moving upward.
