The slotted core unit (30) has a slotted core (31), a coil (5) and an insulating member which isolates the slotted core (31) from the coil (5). The insulating member has end face insulating members (4). Each end face insulating member (4) has a straight-shaped first groove (4k) extending in the axial direction at a circumferential direction center of the outer peripheral surface. A yoke portion (31y) of the slotted core (31) has a straight-shaped second groove (31k) extending in the axial direction over the entire length of the slotted core (31) at a circumferential direction center of the outer peripheral surface. The first grooves (4k) of the two end face insulating members (4) and the second groove (31k) of the slotted core (31) communicate with each other. The two first grooves (4k) seem to overlap the second groove (31k) when viewed in the axial direction.
