To provide a joint cover that can be retrofitted and replaced without taking time and without using a tool, and prevents falling of abrasion powder from a spherical bearing and invasion of dust onto a bearing surface.SOLUTION: A joint cover 8 is detachably attached to a joint of a robot including: a first joint member and a second joint member, and a spherical bearing 7 for connecting the first joint member and the second joint member in a relatively rotating manner or a relatively swinging manner. The joint cover 8 is provided as follows: the spherical bearing 7 includes a shaft part 11 fixed to the first joint member, a ball shank 10 having a ball part 12 provided at one end of the shaft part 11, and a holder 9 fixed at an end of the second joint member and having a ball receiver 13 for supporting a ball part 12 in a wrapped state; there are included 2-through-holes 15, 16 for causing the shaft part 11 and the second joint member to penetrate, respectively, in a cover body 14 comprising the holder 9 and the elastic material for covering an end of the second joint member; and there is included an openable slit 17 continuing between the through-holes 15, 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
