PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component mounting device that can accurately mount an electronic component with flexibility on a panel for display with flexibility.SOLUTION: An electronic component mounting device comprises: a stage 42 including a support part that supports the edge part of a panel P for display from below; a temporary crimp head 41 that holds an electronic component W from above; imaging devices 43A, 43B that can enter a space between the panel P for display and the electronic component W positioned above the edge part of the panel, and capture alignment marks provided on the edge part and alignment marks provided on the electronic component W simultaneously in one imaging area and pick up images of the alignment marks; and a control device that aligns the panel P for display and electronic component W on the basis of relative position information obtained from the picked-up images of both the alignment marks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
