PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anti-type I allergy inhibition potentiators which can simply potentiate the allergy inhibitory effect of an anti-type I allergy inhibitory component, and to provide methods of using the anti-type I allergy inhibition potentiators.SOLUTION: Provided are an anti-type I allergy inhibition potentiator which contains an anti-type I allergy inhibitory component containing an antibody dissociation composition as an active ingredient and an allergy inhibition potentiating component extracted from a plant different from the plant from which the antibody dissociation composition is extracted; and a method of using the anti-type I allergy inhibition potentiator which contains an anti-type I allergy inhibitory component containing an antibody dissociation composition in the amount effective to alleviate/inhibit/prevent the symptoms of type I allergy, the component being obtained by extracting the antibody dissociation composition from Ficus carica, Eriobotrya japonica, Aspalathus linearis, and Senna alexandrina with extraction solvent, and which contains an allergy inhibition potentiating component in an amount effective to potentiate the effect of the anti-type I allergy inhibitory component, the allergy inhibition potentiating component being extracted from either one of Allium cepa or Zingiber officinale.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
