PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-type I allergy inhibitor capable of eliminating sensitization state of mast cells and basophil cells to suppress onset of type I allergy and a method for using the anti-type I allergy inhibitor.;SOLUTION: The present invention provides an anti-type I allergy inhibitor that comprises as an active ingredient an antibody dissociation composition having an action of dissociating IgE antibodies against mast cells or basophil cells in a sensitized state. The present invention provides a method for using an anti-type I allergy inhibitor. The antibody dissociation composition that dissociates IgE antibodies against mast cells or basophil cells in a sensitized state is extracted from fig, loquat, rooibos, or senna using an extraction solvent.
