To calculate the criteria for nondefectiveness/defectiveness determination in a case where there is a bias with respect to nondefective/defective samples at the time of manufacturing products and provide a reference analysis model for defect countermeasure and a determination reference value for an inspection object that is not easy to set the criteria for nondefectiveness/defectiveness determination, such as appearance inspection.SOLUTION: Feature quantity vectors of objects related to products to which nondefectiveness/defectiveness are allocated are clustered, and a nondefective product model and a defective product model are respectively constructed from a set of average vectors calculated from the clusters. Then, for the feature quantity vector of a product object, the distance to the defective product model is calculated. And, for the feature quantity vector of the product object, the determination reference value for the nondefectiveness/defectiveness determination of the product is calculated from a nondefectiveness/defectiveness determination evaluation index calculated from the distance to the nondefective product model and the distance to the defective product model and including a parameter determining a distribution ratio with respect to evaluations of the distance to the nondefective product model and the distance to the defective product model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
